A pure, balanced, and healthy mind leads to a healthy body. “Body and mind are highly interconnected. Any imbalance in mind will affect the body and vice-versa. If you work on your mind, most of your bodily issues can be balanced/ taken care of” -Venerable Acharya Dhammapala Guruji.
A calm, composed, alert and active mind brings peace to life. Each individual's peaceful mind contributes to World Peace. With this vision, CRVM aims to set up meditation centres worldwide. A disturbed mind will make a wrong decision and creates disturbance in the world. The best way to establish world peace is by making the mind peaceful. For this, you must keep working on eradicating defilements of the mind.

It was a recapitulation of what I have learned and practiced before in Level1-3 courses and practice session. Understanding and practicing bhramma viharas meditation, (Metta, Karuna, Mudita, Upekkha) senses meditation, ear, body, eye, and mind. Having learned and practiced all these meditations I realize how much my meditation has changed and keeps changing along with my behaviour in dealing with vicissitudes of life.

Namastey Guruji. My mind was not able to focus around 2 months ago. The level 1- to level 4 helped calm down my mind to a great extent. The meditation on the last day of Level 4 helped me feel very light as if a burden was removed from top of me. Thank you Guruji.
